Okay, enough celebrating! When is the next debate?
You know Karl Rove has got something sinister up his sleeve.

2. I think the VP debate is Tuesday and the next Kerry/Dumbass
debate is Friday?

I agree with you (and Kerry): We have to win this one day at a time until Election Day, so let's not get too complacent.

3. I think Karl overplayed his hand this time
Edited on Fri Oct-01-04 03:33 PM by Sandpiper
He got most of the rules he wanted, got the little lights, got the podiums far apart, and even got Bush's supposed strong suit to be the subject matter of the first debate.

And yet, not withstanding all of this, Bush got clobbered.

I think it's panic time on Pennsylvania Avenue.

4. Its simple,he's already contacted the media power heads....
The line already reads:

Cheney clear winner over Edwards in their debate
Cheney offers clear plan for America,Edwards stumbles

Go ahead and add in a few of your own,bet one or two will resemble the headlines and RW talking points the day after.

7. Veep debates don't matter that much
Lloyd Bentson took Dan Quayle to the woodshed but Bush still won.

8. No,but Whore TV and polls showing Dems winning debates...
Is much more than Rove and his thugs can handle. The polls and the news are bad enough today, but to relive it all again next Tue--especially against Cheney would be too much.

I'll guarantee the fix is in,just watch.

5. I'd love to see Cheneyburton fall on his face just like his monkey did.
The wheels are falling off the PNAC wagon even as we speak.

10. Sorry, I'm not thru celebrating yet!
This morning a co-worker, a sweet, if misguided, young woman admitted to me that Kerry kicked ass, then she ordered me from her presence, and away I slunk, with my head hanging in victory!

(She is really a nice person, and I hope to still bring her around to bring her back to the light. Unlike another co-worker who is certain that Bush was triumphant, because god was on his side.)
