Thin skinned Bush* I understand becomes very irritated when not addressed as "Mr. President" or "The president" or "President Bush."

In last evening's debate show he failed to extend the same courtesy to The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

I half expected President Bush* to refer to him as "Pootie Poot" a truly flattering title.

Bush* is not a gentleman.
