Recently a CIA report was leaked that said "Iraq 'could' descend into civil war."
Well, car bombs and IEDs are going off daily, Iraqi civilians (insurgents and pro-Allawi) are being killed by the dozen every week, attacks on Iraqi police and paramilitery are very common occurances, several major Iraqi cities are "no-go" zones for American and Iraqi gov't forces...
Isn't that basically the definition of a civil war? Hasn't Iraq already descended into civil war? Wouldn't it make sense for us and Dem pundits to start referring to the "Iraq war" as the "Iraqi civil war"?
* didn't liberate a people. Through piss poor prior planning he incited a civil war in Iraq...with us stuck in the middle.

...I'm looking for a site (I know they exist, but can't find them) that will illustrate and fact check each candidate on the things they said, claimed, argued for during the debate. Any help is greatly appreciated.
