in the scope of things, however... I wrote a letter to my local newspaper noting that I saw no good conduct medal on Bushs' uniform. I found out here that officers didn't get good conduct medals. I did 2 years in Army Intelligence during the Viet era and honestly never knew that. But man oh man what a firestorm I have created. I am being savaged every day since by the rethugs. Three letters today alone! I called the paper and asked them if enough was enough and conceded my mistake but they said they'd keep printing them as long as they came in. Circle the wagons or what! They must really feel Bush needs defending! His record, of course is undefensible. Anybody care to help me out?
