Does anyone watch Deborah Norville on MSNBC?
I've seen her a few time and like her. Is that so wrong?

1. I have enjoyed some of her interviews, too.
There's nothing wrong with liking someone. :-)

2. Yes. You're a bad person
Just kidding of course. You're not...... (after all, you're on DU)

She's not so bad, just kind of seems like a shill to me. Does a lot of soft news and takes real news and makes it soft. i guess that's a talent in some ways.

3. Yeah, but we don't despise her like
we do some other media we've seen and heard lately. Thanks for the feedback.

4. I don't watch her
regularly but she can be good. She can do a sharp interview, there's more there than just fluff.

5. She has become one of the better TV hosts- fair and no RW agenda
Her current MSNBC show is far superior to her old Inside Edition show. She seems to have become a credible 'journalist' and interviewer in some very serious shows she has done such as on Abu Ghraib and the Swiftboat controversy. I have caught about a dozen of her shows over the past couple of months and when I first started watching her I was surprised just how well prepared, smart and quickwitted she was during her interviews with heavyweight guests on serious topics. She is equally adept in her light hearted shows too.

She strikes me as being competent and able to present both sides without being driven by an obvious RW bias.
