I think the moment of revulsion that Paul Krugman predicted has
arrived on September 30. That was in reference to the question posed by the Army's Counsel to Joseph McCarthy ,"Have you no sense of decency, sir, at long last!".That single question demolished McCarthy
forever because of the revulsion it generated among Americans. Kerry's answer to Bush's question about his changes of opinions also captured a similar moment for me. Kerry said, " I changed my opinion about the war on Iraq. Mr.Bush, changed his focus from Osama Bin Laden to Iraq.Which was worse?" When Bush was left speechless and stammering, we knew he was done.

1. Saw Bush as he truly is--weak, pathetic, selfish, deluded, craven
Of course, Kerry was helping by providing a comparison of a real man with real conviction and a real brain.

2. Hopefully the moment of revulsion comes to many now
because it would be horrible for them and horrible for the country if that "moment" comes after November 2nd.

Bush probably has not been called to answer for anything in the last four years. His trusted advisors have kept him safely away from all opposing views.

3. your quote isn't correct
though I agree it was a killer point for Kerry.

here is the correct quote from the published transcripts:

KERRY: Well, you know, when I talked about the $87 billion, I made a mistake in how I talk about the war. But the president made a mistake in invading Iraq. Which is worse?

"I changed" does not appear and "my opinion" appears only in Bush statements.
