Frank Wiebe? I think this is an Accupoll guy.

Accupoll does not use Microsoft and is a voter-verified paper ballot system. They use Linux.

4. Those were my thoughts exactly.
I enjoyed Jim Adler's song and dance explaining his crypto thingy. He stole my line though...but not so well.
