Edwards should call Cheney a flat out LIAR!!!
Everyone knows it, no more fancy words. Say it like it is. Maybe then will the media cowards speak up.

1. Agreed. JE can and should use the "L" word.
I'd like to see any and everyone ask these pricks, "Are you a liar, or do you just not comprehend things very well?"

2. That would work
Throw in Halliburton about 20 times too, anything to make the Dick squirm and/or get angry on national television.

3. I'm sure he WANT to, but he won't.
There's very little civility remaining in politics, and for sure Cheney doesn't have any at all. Edwards does, and I think you'll find him managing to cll Dheney a lier without using that exact word. Like mis-representing the truth, conflicted facts, factually remiss, false facts etc.

As much as we would love him to use some of Cheney's recent words, that's just not John, and I don't think most of Amnerica want him to change. (At least in public.)

4. Nah, kill him with kindness
You know Cheney is going to come off like a sneering asshole anyway so JE should just benefit from the juxtaposition of being so close to pure evil and not letting it rub off on him.

6. JE should ask him about this.....
I mean he should swab the deck with him over this... it would show how remiss, irresponsible and factually incorrect most of the ads these clowns have put out really are. It would show them for the liars that they truly are.

The statement that Kerry voted against a long list of mainstream weapons is misleading. He didn't vote against those weapons specifically, and though he did vote against the entire Pentagon budget on occasion he voted for weapons spending far more often than not. Furthermore, Republicans including Bush's father and Vice President Cheney also proposed cuts or elimination in several of the same weapons at around the same time Kerry supposedly "voted against" them.

8. With these RW nuts, it is probably better to use the same firm and
dignified manner John Kerry took in taking apart Bush.Cheney gives us the added advantage with his reckless statements repeating the lies about WMD's even after they have been exposed as lies, connecting Saddam Hussein to AlQaeda, committing fraud in financial reporting of Halliburton's performance, praising Andersen, Inc., the accounting firm that committed massive fraud on investors by reporting imaginary numbers for Enron, Worldcom and others and on and on and on.

Edwards as a trial lawyer is also best equipped to ask Cheney how he managed to avoid liabilities for Halliburton from asbestos related cases when he acquired Dresser.

Lastly, Cheney, not content with his fraudulent running of Hallaiburton, now claims that 1) Deficits don't matter because Ronald Reagan proved they don't matter. 2) If eBay's sales are included, the economy is doing just swell, thank you.

He is a piece of work, isn't he? I was going to say he is a POS but then he is our VP, by hook or by crook.

10. No offense but that would be a terrible mistake
One reason Kerry did so well in the debate was because he stayed presidential; he struck blows at Bush without any tacky one liners, cheap shots and anything else. Edwards should do the same thing.

Calling Cheney names would put him on the same plane as Bush and Cheney. Down in the gutter. And the public does not like it.
