Bush's Response Style
I have noticed one thing about Bush's response style that Kerry may be able to benefit from. It takes Bush a while to get up and rolling. The first minute or so of any little routine he has rehearsed to give in response to a type of question he stumbles around but after about a minute he seems to find his voice and he does just fine. Then you may notice that in the last 10 seconds, when the red light came on, he gave a sort of boxer's finish, a had driving statement to close with. It is very effective on an emotional level even though he had nothing to say in any substantive way.
