2. Well for starters
Gallup of all groups are going to pick the so called "undecided voters". Also all question have to be submitted prior to the town meeting to avoid "repeat questions"

Let's see here, Gallup knowing questions prior to the the debate. Gallup with the endless rigged polls favoring shrub. Gallup's head guy a Evangelist Christian. Nah ...I wouldn't say Rove will get the question prior to the event!

It enough to make ya want to puke!!:puke:

5. IIRC, the audience is 'soft Kerry'/'soft Bush'
questions are submitted to the moderator who will select the questions. this is where it gets stagy, as the 'real people' will get to READ the SELECTED questions...

i have not read about time limits, but I am sure they will apply.

that 32p guideline is out on the web somewhere and may answer all questions... of course, that document did not apparently permit the split-screen which was the KEY to the chimp's TOTAL failure in the first...

4. The questions are screened and if they differ in any material
way when asked, the moderator has to interrupt and stop the person.
