Newsweek & CNN polls have Kerry 47% to bush's 45%!!!!!

A Newsweek poll that recently found Bush up by 11 points now has Kerry ahead 47% to 45% in a race including Ralph Nader, and 49% to 46% head-to-head.

That's within the margin of error, but enough to revive buzz about the Democrat's reputation as a come-from-behind political Seabiscuit.

Three-quarters of respondents watched Thursday's debate and most said Kerry did better than they expected. Portrayed by Bush as a weak flip-flopper, Kerry stood taller and gave crisper answers while Bush stammered at times and looked angry.

We know it,they know it but...since they decided to pimp it up for Bush I guess we can celebrate that that Kerry has regained 13 points in just a couple of weeks.

I kinda like "Bush Lead Evaporates" and "Can Bush Recover". It gives the impression that he's in deep doo-doo. A lot of folks see this election as a referendum on Bush, and that kind of focus tends to reinforce that.
