Does anyone here have a link to an article I read a while back about the prisoners in, I think it was, a drug rehab program who were given extra privleges because they claimed to convert?

I've googled it in several different ways and haven't been able to come up with the article.

I think it was in Florida, but not sure, and the prisoners who went to Bible Study got tv privileges while those who did not were not.

also telephone call privledges were given to those who attended B.S. sessions.
