Stiffening the backbone of whiny, hand-wringing liberals |
|
how can we move people who are depressed and upset and feeling powerless into resolute action.
There's a lot of people who agree with us and who are going to vote but somehow feel that it is futile.
How can we regain our "MO" and get confidence? How can we start to act like a winner?
It's really hard with a bombardment of media distortions but we need to act like the Happy Warriors.
Look at the Clintons, they were "never say die". How did those people manage to show backbone with all their troubles.
I think the debate was the first step.
Anybody got any ideas?

I met the daughter-in-law of a TX Senator... major fund raiser who feels this way... a lot of ordinary folk too. You can see it on these boards, too. A lot of moaning about how the election is already fixed.
