It is impossible for Bush to make a credible impression in the next two
debates.First, he has dug a big hole for himself by "misunderestimating" John Kerry. His pathetic performance in what was supposedly his strong suit made it clear,if any proof were needed,of his infantile mind.In the second debate where a town hall type of format is going to be used with questions coming in random fashion from many different questioners he will be at a total loss. Our man thrives at these type of situations where thinking on one's feet is called for. In the third debate where domestic policy is the topic Bush will have a hard time justifying anything.Economic policy for him is just tax cuts without understanding what tax cuts are supposed to do.He is going to be in a total daze.He is going to make the first debate look like it was his best after all is said and done.

If after all of this laying bare of his ignorance he still commands any support let alone majority support, we deserve the Leader he claims to be.

2. You know what sucks
Is that the second debate is the one with the different format (the "town hall" format). What would have been great would have been if the second debate was the same format as the first. That would have put Bush in a no-win situation. If he cleaned up his act and listened quietly and respectfully without making faces while Kerry spoke, it would have been so obvious that he was "behaving himself" in contrast to the first debate, that it would have been comical. But he would have had no other choice, since any repeat of his performance in the first debate would have been criticized as well.

The town hall format gives him the opportunity to behave differently without it being so obvious. It's a different format and they will be behaving differently anyway.

By the third debate, it will not be such an obvious contrast to his performance in the first. He will behave himself and it won't seem so black-and-white.

Oh well. Let's just hope our man Kerry keeps coming through for us.

3. The Only Way Bush Can Make A "Credible Impression" Now...
...is to jump out of an airplane without a parachute. His body would make an impression on the ground.

:-)

(Note to moderators - This was intended as a JOKE, and is not intended to suggest that ANYONE jump out of a plane without a parachute.)

4. Wouldn't surprise me if they load him up on happy pills...
Prepare for a lot of forced smiles and jovial goofiness.

Hell, wouldn't surprise me if they got him back on the sauce.
