Like the conventions the debate is on your "on demand" channel on cable :) its under 2004 elections and its FREE :) just wanted to give you a heads up :)

Not all cable systems have this. I know COX does because that's what I have, but I don't know what others.
It's like pay per view, only better. You tune in to your EOD channel, and you're presented with a library of shows. You choose whatever you want to watch and "rent" it. It gives you VCR functionality: pause, rewind, fast-forward, pause. You can re-watch it as many times as you want within your "rental" period, which is normally 24 hours.
They offer free programs sometimes, such as the conventions and now apparently the debates.
