PLEASE send them even $5.00 if you can spare it. They went out on a BIG limb to endorse KE04 in Crawford, now they face going under due to subscribers and advertisers cancelling.

1. Do you know if it's extra for out of town subscribers?

I know newspapers don't make much per paper. Most of the ones I know want a higher price for out of town subscriptions to cover mailing. I don't have much $$, but I'm thinking about subscribing for the 6 months. I don't want to cost them more, just because I dodn't know.

6. Just called and placed a 6 month sub for them to give to whoever or

to just use a donation. I talked with Kay and she remarked they are getting a number of calls and have over 100 new subscriptions.

Our support is greatly appreciated and if you've never been to Crawford, believe you me, they need all the support we have to give!

7. Subscribed

This morning I subscribed to the newspaper. It did take me a while to get through. Whenever I tried to call, there was nothing at the other end. Finally got through, have a one year subscription. I was going to say you don't need to send me copies, but I really want to support the paper. Maybe they can use the mailings as a tax deduction.
