Poll question: Who should fill in for Novak on CNN?
The convict of the day was G.Gordon Liddy. Please vote for and nominate others to represent the right wing crooks:

7. Ann Coulter. It's about time the Republicans had a real man on that show!
All kidding aside. I'd love to see her get trounced by Begala and Carville.

I've read her columns and though she claims she writes with humor, most of it is short on facts and baseless drivel that panders to the right and sells her books.

Just like Drudge and Foxnews, they act conservative, demonize everyone else as liberal, just to make a buck.

18. max schreck from "Nosferatu"
No need for dialogue. Just spooky lighting and a sinister piano score. At the return from each commercial break, he'll do the famous rise from the coffin.

25. Novak would be easy to replace...
Just pin a helium balloon to his empty seat, attach a mask with his likeness on it and run a tape recorder that hurls insults.

The only thing missing would be the flecks of spit flying out of his mouth when he start to really get unstable, but I don't think anyone would miss that detail.

That said, Liddy would be hoot.

Working with Rove and all, I know he doesn't have much time, but I'd think he could spare a measly 30 minutes.

After all that's all Novak does anyway... Parrot Republican's talking points. Come to think of it he could stand in for the president at the debates too.
