1. It will be in Statistical Abstracts of the United States
Stat Abs, an annual publication, should be in any local library and you may be able to find it on the web. Abortions come in under "Vital Statistics." I believe the Center for Disease Control (CDC) is the federal agency involved in collecting the abortion stats. You can try the CDC website.

3. Dang! I just noticed the stats are at least 3 years old.
Guttmacher Institute has 2003 data.

9. Yes. And that leads to the question the anti-choise crowd won't answer...
Which would you rather have..... fewer abortions or a law against making abortions legal?

Anyone who is doesn't want many or any abortions to occur would say that they'd rather have fewer abortions. And I say..... then why don't you work for fewer abortions through sex education which is proven to work rather than trying to get a law passed.... which will not work?

6. I wish a 527 would run ads on this
(the fact that the nation under rupuke presidents has more abortions)

maybe give conservatives a reason to vote third party or stay home.

7. I couldn't find data past 2000 on the links .
This is my problem I keep running into. The report came out in 2003 but doesn't address rates past 2000.

Help?

8. Abortion reporting numbers are absent since * took office.
Budget for it was cut. I can't find a link, but NARAL locally talked about it.
