let's promote that as a strategy for world leaders once Bush is ensconsed in Crawford for good. He won't have to read up on any subjects or travel. He can be connected via videophone to all locations worldwide and just pull some answer out of his @ss. Then, based on his history of absolutely the worst tactical moves at every turn....people can confidently do the diamatrically opposed action.
