Do all Republicans feel obliged to drive huge SUVs? |
|
Or are all huge SUV drivers necessarily Republicans? I am wondering about this -- when large SUVs (Suburbans, Excursions and the like) have bumper stickers, they always seem to be B/C bumper stickers. I've never seen a mega-SUV with a Kerry sticker. I have also noticed that not very many regular cars have Bush stickers -- just SUVs, pickups and big minivans. Anybody else noticed this phenomenon in your area?

You're right, in my area the monster-size SUV's seem to sport the W stickers exclusively. I have also seen a some beat up cars and pick-up trucks with the Bush/Cheney stickers too -- but those don't usually have the "W", like their SUV counteparts. It's probably a class thing around here. The snob Repugs have to set themselves apart from the hillbilly repugs.

3. I saw one SUV with a Kerry Sticker |
|
...but all most SUV's I see with stickers are for the twigglet Moron Shrub!
I teach in a neighborhood that is very liberal, so all I see is Bumper stickers for Kerry. Am I surprised when I go to Costco and see all these SUVs/hog trucks sucking up cheaper gas with Twig stickers!
I also live a very Democratic neighborhood with signs for Kerry and Richard Romero (running against Bush's lap dog Heather Wilson). I almost gagged when I saw a big Bush sign tacked onto a public fence with Bush-Cheney in '04! <gag><gag> :hippie:
