Judicial Watch got papers on Energy Task Force?
I must have missed this one.

Molly Ivins states in her latest column that Judicial Watch finally got some of the papers re: Cheney and the Energy Task Force and the Energy companies not only were envolved but also wrote part of it.

Does anyone know more about this?

2. That would make things VERY interesting in tonight's debate.
If the moderator doesn't push Chaney on it, Edwards could bring it up as a fact and leave Chaney to ignore, confirm or deny. I know it was common practise for the Republicans who controlled the Pennsylvania state legislature to let special interest lobbyists draft the legislation. and or amendments thereto.

3. Or, as in Texas, allow Industry to write Pollution Law
the funeral industry write their own laws, all sort of nice stuff happened like that when Georgie play-acted Gov.

4. If Bob Bullock were still alive and healthy
little if any of the past 3.75 years would have happened.
