Wow.
An hour after the doors opened at the County Clerks office here in Santa Fe, the line stretched out into the hall.
Today is the first day for early voting. Great turnout.
Chris Heinz stopped by to say hello to the folks.
He told me to say hi to the people here at DU. :-)

I am biting at the bit, foaming at the mouth, etc.
Casting a vote against Bush will be a religious experience. I think I will like cry or something, it will be so cathartic. I mean after 4 years of bitching, screaming, in the depths of despair and activism... finally.

...they also begin accepting absentee ballots. Don't know why we have it, but it's been that way since I've lived here.
I think (not sure) that most state have early voting.
I think we are going to have a very big turnout.
