1. i just tuned in halfway, 30 minutes into it.
Cheney is such as ass and never answered any questions directly so far, he is just clawing at Edwards. I can hardly stand to look at him. And he can shove NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND up his arse.

3. Yes he is.
I wonder if the freeps have been saving their high post acounts waiting to astro turf us during a crucial debate time. I think they will try to say Cheney did well when it is clearly not true.

I don't think they will make the same mistake of acknowledging reality after this debate like many of them were forced to after the last one.

4. And Cheney is saying No Child Left Behind is great....
while JE says 1.6 million jobs lost....manufacturing jobs lost...all on their watch. During their watch 4 million more people in poverty...first in 70 years to lose more jobs than create them.

We have a plan...rid of tax cuts for outsourcing companies...

9. He needs to keep bringing up Halliburton
Cheney will blow a gasket. He needs to slip it into every answer! Dammit!!!

John is holding his own. He is staying calm and pleasant. He just needs to keep it up.

11. no shit, Edwards is kicking ass: one of the fundamental differences
between John Kerry and myself and Bush/Cheney is that they believe outsourcing jobs is a good thing. We don't. ----another right hook connects to Darth Vader's face.

13. Assuming they really
Edited on Tue Oct-05-04 09:01 PM by qnr
aren't freepers (Not to mention that my post count is way below theirs :eyes: so I'm staying out of that aspect of it), I really can't quite understand their thought processes.

Edwards is giving honest, well-reasoned and professionally toned responses. Cheney, as is to be expected, is more prepared than Bush,
but basically, he is repeating himself and presenting misleading, if not dishonest, information.

They (again, giving the benefit of the doubt) need to relax, Edwards is handling himself well, this is a Vice-Presidential debate, comparing potential world leaders, not an audition for a backyard wrestling association membership.

Edit: typo-buster
