Cheney vs. Edwards.... Another drubbing by our nominees? Comments please
So far, to me, it looks that way.

Edwards is outshining Jabba the Hut in eloquence, style and content. A lawyer vs. the layman.

A slaughter?

A disappointment for the Repugs?

What do you think?

1. A draw.
They've both been spanked at least once. And Edwards keeps repeating himself. It served well once, but 3-4 times is too many.

3. I disagree.
Cheney is doing far better than Bush did. Edwards isn't doing as well as Kerry did, and he sounded like a mini-me Kerry during the FA portion of the debate. Same wording, same everything. I believe tehy should be pushing the same message, but they really need to phrase it differently. Clearly, and clearly the same mesage, just different phrasing.

4. All Count Cheney is doing is repeating the Party Lies.
Big difference between him and * is, Cheney isn't dumb. So people will buy his BS but Edwards is bitch slapping him left and right.

Cheney's a much better liar than Chimpie - he just keeps lieing without missing a beat

7. I think the lies will come back to haunt Jabba....
They did a truth test on the presidential debates and rest assured they will with this one as well.

8. That's exactly it. "unless you know or recognize the lies" - WE know.
It's the rest of the people I'm worried about. Will they buy Cheney's crap? Will the media actually call him on it? If Cheney had to tell the truth here, Edwards would be winning big time. Cheney sounds smooth, unlike *, so he comes off better to the viewer who doesn't know he's lying. Edwards has to keep going back to the lies Cheney keeps saying and having to repeat himself, which does not come off as smoothly. AARRRGGGG.

10. a draw
and we might be lucky to get that. Edwards has been on the defensive from the get go, and i hate it because darth vader is an easy target. Once he got to the domestic issues Edwards should have wiped his ass.

11. I don't think he's been on the defensive at all.
Other than having to defend his attendance record in congress. Which was just a destracting tactic, cheap but effective. Watch the whores pounce all over it.
