1. i think he fumbled a bit
but, he recovered nicely. cheney just tried to pretend he's human...i didn't buy it.

Kerry and Edwards say better than what Bush* says on this topic, if the Walking Dead Man actually cares about his daughter Mary.

He's doing a good job defending trial lawyers, too, explaining how to keep frivolous lawsuits out of court.

3. I think his answer was quite pathetic
Now I'm not gay so you can say that my opinion on this "issue" does not mean a whole lot or is not very well researched but I find his answer to be quite pathetic. If you follow this "issue" very closely you may see his answer as the best you've heard in a long time but I find it to be a joke. I cannot imagine that it would have been very politically damaging for him to clearly state that he believes that everyone in this country should have the same rights.

5. He rambled for a long time without saying much of anything. He said...
"marriage is between a man and a woman" about 4 times. It was this rambling, centrist rant that didn't even play well for liberals. It was a bad questions answered badly. Cheney did the right thing.
