Tommorow I'm writing a piece that hopefully gets printed in every paper I send it to which will COMPLETELY show that it is was BUSH AND CHENEY who were against funding the $87 billion, and that when Kerry said he supported the authority to go to war, what is not mentioned is that that authority did nothing more than give Bush decision making powers UNDER A STRICT SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES WHICH BUSH BETRAYED, not to mention the authority was necessary TO BACK WEAPONS INSPECTORS.
