Which cartoon character best represents the candidates?
I've always been partial to Warner Bros. So I think Bugs Bunny is Kerry and Daffy Duck is *.

Going into the Bush White House is a little like going to the bridge of the Titanic and finding Daffy Duck is the captain.

6. Taking over the world, indeed...
I loved the Pinky and the Brain cartoons. As I think about it, there are many parallels between our "commander-in-thief" and his second in command to Pinky and the Brain.

Want to take over the world - check
Fail miserably in the end - check
One appears dim-witted, the other a super-genius - check

One big difference, the Brain would ultimately show that he has a heart and cares about mankind. Cheney seems more concerned about his business cronies and making a buck.

8. Bush and Cheney are...
Porky Pig and the Goat he drives around the country side with in an old model T. I can't remember the goat's name but I do remember that the earlier version of Porky was always at his stuttering worst. With that, I couldn't imagine ole Porky handling the debate last Thursday much worse than that baboon did.

16. Bush is Mister Magoo
For Cheney I'm leaning toward the Tasmanian Devil, although Marvin the Martian has some merit.
