Seriously, does anyone think that Cheney's health will hold up? |
|
He is looking worse every time I see him. I don't think that he can take another term. don't get me wrong - I don't want him to have to worry about another term :) but he looks like he's got one foot in the grave and a shaky cane.
Anyone else feel this way?

2. honestly, his aura is not good. |
|
I did not watch last night so much as listen. I can't stand his smarmy face, so I am biased.
But imagine this scenario. Cheney needs to find room in his chest to have a heart installed. Shrub's medications react badly before Friday's debate. (which might explain his weird facial injuries. Unless it was another stray pretzel)
They declare Code Red to prevent the debates.

3. I'm more interested in Bush's health. |
|
Why is he postponing his physical until after the election? If he's sick with something, the voters ought to know about it.

The "liberal" press isn't really making it an issue that I can tell. I think that he's on something. I really do. If it's an anti-depressant or an anti-anxiety pill, then we should know. I don't want him nuking someone if he stops taking his meds and crashes.

He has the best health care in the world, unlike most of us peons. What does he have to worry about? If he has a twinge, he can see a specialist, get the best treatment at the best facilities, the most expensive drugs, the best follow-up care. And it's all paid for by you and me. Imagine that? We keep Dick Cheney healthy. It's like a bad movie.
I remember when I broke my back in '99. I was one month shy of qualifying for my employers' insurance plan so I had to go to the county hospital's emergency room because they were the only ones who had a plan to reduce my costs. I waited in the waiting room, sitting up which was excruciating and probably dangerous, for five hours! I was then called to the window and told to go to the "fast track" waiting area, where I waited another two hours. The entire time without any pain medication or anything else.
Amazingly, it healed with no complications.

9. Health care or no health care, if your body wears out, it wears out |
|
The doctors can't keep him alive if it's his time to go. Granted, he probably should have been dead about a thousand times by now but for the magic of his great health-care plan.

13. He had trouble getting out of his chair at the end last night... |
|
Edwards got right up and greeted his family; Sneer took about 10-15 seconds to get up, then he hobbled around stage. The man could barely move.

I know that evil must be wearing him down. I couldn't believe that he was able to get up last night. Man, he is looking bad.

15. I think he just looks a lot older |
|
and he seemed tired last nite. He even waived his right to respond several times.
But he has been on the stump for a few days and that has to be exhausting for a man his age with heart trouble.
But I don't think he is all that much older in actual years than Edwards. I was surprised because I thought he looked like he is in his 70's.

17. Being hateful and spiteful tends to age a person |
|
I thought that he was in his 70s too! Wow, what a contrast to Edwards, who is 51 but looks like he is in his 30s!
