Meet our new intelligence service, The CIIA.
The Central Intentions Intelligence Agency.

This morning on the fake news shows they reported that the new WMD report released today will show that Iraq had no WMD, but that Saddam Hussein had intentions of starting programms to make WMD.

So we are now in the business of mind reading, Which is great news for carnies and side show freaks. Perhaps Miss Cloe can come out of her hole and serve in the new CIIA. I wonder if the CIIA can tell me whether I intend to go to safeway or albertsons, I just can't seem to make up my mind and any help that the new CIIA can give me will be greatly appreciated.

It is so comforting to know that my hard earned tax dollars are going towards such valuable services as mind reading and guessing. And since Saddam had intentions, it was well worth the price of sending someone else's child to die for me in Iraq. It was well worth the cost of bankrupting the country, after all the CIIA says that Saddam had bad intentions, so it must be true. Isn't it?

Perhaps we need to start a new police force in our country that focuses solely on bad intentions. Just think, we could prevent crimes before they even happen. We could lock up the bad guys before they become bad guys. Then America can truly be free. Oh my lord, all of these feelings of security are making me well up with tears of pride in being a freedom loving American. What are your intentions?

1. LOL-After we've won the "War on Terrorism", maybe we'll
declare war on ennui. (With credit to Jon Stewart of The Daily Show.)

5. YIPPIE state of mind: the Chicago 7 Trial
Prosecutor:And what were your thoughts at the time?

Abbie: I'm not sure what you mean by thoughts. Is that like dreams?

Prosecutor: Yes, like dreaming.

Abbie: Well, Mr. Shultz, this is difficult. I've never been on trial for dreaming before.

There have been people pretty concerned about regulating thoughts in this country for some time.

6. I have somewhat of a connection with Abbie Hoffman.
He was supposed to do a show at the Cafe Chameleon in Santa Cruz were I worked as manager just days before he passed away. It was a real bummer, we were really looking forward to him speak. He had a brilliant mind. I even ran into a lady on livejournal about a year ago who said that he was her uncle.

Small world.

7. The last time I was with Abbie
was in upstate New York a few months before his death. Heck of a guy. When he was "Barry Freed," he had a friendship with Tommy "the Rabbi" Trantino, the author of "Lock the Lock." Tommy was the co-chair of the Rahway Inmates Council, along with my good friend Rubin Carter. Abbie and I had a blast talking about "the good old days."
