Local morning radio hosts plan to humiliate Democrats backfires

This morning on Denver radio 103.5 the Fox, (Lewis and Floorwax) the morning talkshow hosts had planned to interview the president of an association for the legalization of marijuana who has endorsed Kerry for president. This was all an attempt to show that Democrats are nothing but a bunch of weed-smoking hippies devoid of political know-how or debating skills. The plan backfired in the best way when the interviewee made it clear that she had forgotten more than these two jokers will ever know about the process of holding together a political organization, the process of making a bill into a law, and the general rights of both private citizens and public non-profit organizations. It was beautiful.

Oh, are they the same as the stoned slackers who watch the Daily Show? Or are they referring to another faction?

4. I'm pretty sure

that in the mind of the republican, all democrats fall into the category of hippie, slacker, weed-smoking leeches. Which is why it was so good to hear these two unfunny (and in my opinion, long overdue for a firing) disc jockeys get tongue-tied and stunned into disbelief when talking to someone they assumed would be their inferior.
