City politics
Vancouver is voting about the structure of our city council. Our options are:

At Large - all the councilors represent everyone
Ward System - they are elected by a neighbourhood and represent that neighbourhood

I've never really taken an interest in city politics before, but I think I'll vote this time.

Which is a better system?

2. Why?
We currently have an At large system. I'm not really aware of major problems caused by that, but as I said, it hasn't been on my radar.

I've heard that ward systems tend to drive up costs. I'm also worried about a 'Not in my neighbourhood mentality.' Vancouver tends to be like that already.
