Apparently, Hussein had disarmed and was cooperating. Remember that enormous collection of documents they offered as proof that they had no WMDs? The documents Bush and his crooks disregarded?

After listening to weapons inspectors say time and time again that SH did not have the capability. How do you turn over what you don't have? Damned if you do,damned if you don't--and thats the exact corner that Bush wanted SH in so he could invade.
