Florida State University Wingnut Sidewalk Chalkmongers strike again! |
This past Saturday, as I came to campus, I noticed that some of the campus Democratic organization's sidewalk chalkings were defaced with rightwing "emmendations." Very childish, the work of simpletons. The "Emmendations" were not even interesting. I could not beleive the audacity of these students, and I waited to hear from the campus organization who made the original chalkings. Nothing so far. "What a bunch of thugs," I thought. These people can't play fair.
So I get to campus this monrning, and the defaced chalkings are gone. Replacing them is the republican organization's chalkings. Strangely, these chalkings have the same messages as the vandalized chalkings. Instead of "stop poisoning our water with mercur," "where are our jobs?" and "stop the Guantanamo atrocities," we get "Kerry Edwards=Very Leftwards." My what original and thought provoking dialogue. Almost all the chalkings are negative KerryEdwardsBashing, and the ones that aren't simply say "vote w 2004" or something as banal. Funny how these two events came right on the heals of slam dunks for Kerry-Edwards in the debates, is it not? These goons know they have no real plans or record on which their beloved Chimp can run, so they have nothing to do but act like children. So sad for them...I think I might shed a tear. Or laugh my fool head off. Haven't decided yet.

2. Go get some sidewalk chalk of your own |
You can get the big bucket for about five bucks. Should last until November 2.
We have all the brains and creativity. Use some of it on the campus sidewalks. But I'll bet that after one responsive chalking, the campus Republicans go crying to teechur and demand that the administration put a stop to all of it.

3. when i was over there on Sunday I noticed that the dems had |
has their say, too. Instead of W 04 it said stop W04. Also I stopped at the Sweet Shop and talked to a bunch of kids they were really ragging on bush. In addition, there was a Goth kid sitting in front of the Sweet shop registering kids for Kerry. So, it's not as bad as you think. The good kids outnumber the frat boys, in my opinion.

7. I am not disheartened by this ghoulish display. Not at all. |
I posted this merely to illustrate the disgusting, childish mentality of despirate puke-lets. I was hoping maybe people would laugh out loud that this quasi-macho display of vandalism that underscores to the rest of the campus what it means to be a Republican with no political values other than to hate democrats.
I am sure they are the same little brats who drive the $30,000+ SUVs with the W 04 stickers on them, you know, the ones mommy and daddy bought for them. The kind that, if you were to give them an army enlistment form, they would shut up because they are chickenhawks. Tallahassee is a liberal town, and FSU is the college in said liberal town.

4. Same thing happening in our College Town...... |
Right Wing Morons erasing everything in the middle of the night and replacing them with standard Bus/Cheney sound bites. However, the Lefties on Campus would have none of that so there was a "hose down" on the following night. It just keeps getting curiouser and curiouser.

5. Sidewalk chalking is a childish thing at best. But, I'd rather |
see it used for political slogans than inane messages. Of course, inane political slogens are a specialty of the GOP.

6. Get pictures of the most stupid things, and make flyers. |
Just make sure to point out every inaccuracy and how stupid someone would have to be to believe them.

8. I think this is a good idea |
I was a part of a campus organization that did heap big chalking. Never really seemed to get the word out as nicely as our well-placed, well made, to-the-point fliers. Further chalking is very time consuming and doesn't last as long as posters. God I wish I had gotten a picture of that mercury poisoning chalking before its demise. The juxtaposition of that message and the lame "Kerry Edwards/very leftwards" message on a poster would beautifully highlight the differences between the parties that the likes of Nader chooses not to see.

10. Just re-do the initial chalk messages. |
I'm sure they're dumb enough to oblige you a second time, when you'll have a camera ready.
