Saddam didn't have any WMDs, but he wanted them. And because he wanted to posess those weapons, Shrubco was justified in invading Iraq.

I want to have sex with Angelina Jolie. So can Shrubco have me locked up as a threat?

1. It's also that someday, sanctions might have been lifted
and then he could have gotten the materials to make the weapons to threaten us with.

6. That still doesn't justify going to war
years or even decades before that could even remotely begin to happen.

2. Oh my! Was he on again today? Sadaam wanted the weapons
but N. Korea already has them. Is he going to invade N.Korea? No, he is scared silly of them. Lies and bluster invaded Iraq.

3. "They" are delusional.
And "they" call us naive.

This is new low in reasons for war. Bush might as say there is no reason - just felt like it.

8. The opinions of the Busholini Cabal don't count. They're War Criminals!
We might as well judge Hitler on his opinion of himself! :puke:

9. He and Cheney are trying to justify it by any excuse whatsoever
you can bet his team of lawyers is behind the twenty or so different excuses--he is scared to death someone is going to prosecute him for war crimes. I wish for a John Dean clone in the White House.
