Who is Limbaugh's lawyer?
Is it Roy Black?
If so, he's going to be acquitted - we've been studying footage of Roy Black in law school and all I can say is that this guy is about as good as it gets in the criminal defense bar.

4. Yes. Roy Black.... He defended the Kennedy kid against that rape charge
in the early 90's that resulted in an acquittal.

6. that's a lot of the footage we watched
granted, he had a lot of help in that case because the police and DA made a lot of mistakes. But damn is Black good (I mean that in terms of a technical evaluation of his skills as a trial advocate, not as personal approval of what he does). The prosecutor didn't come close to meeting her burden of proof, in my view.

Hopefully the folks in charge of the Limbaugh prosecution were a little smarter.

5. Roy Black....
...is Rush's attorney. He is appealing the allowance of Rush's medical records into evidence, i.e. that Rush did, in fact, go "doctor shopping" in order to procure prescription after prescription of his drug of choice.

Black states there is a "zone of privacy" for every U.S. citizen and that includes medical records.

I am having a hard time with this as I despise Fat Boy but frankly, if the Department of Ashcroft has its way, ALL of our freedoms (including that to privacy) will be in jeopardy.

Boot Bush!

8. You mean TRIAL LAWYER
Every time a Repuke has a lawyer, it more than likely is a TRIAL LAWYER.

9. one definition of trial lawyer is anyone who represents individuals
rather than corporate entities. Yep, that means every time a Republican gets a divorce, faces criminal charges, or tries to get compensation for damages they've incurred, they are using a TRIAL LAWYER.

Check out atla.org for the truth about what trial lawyers do.

10. sshhhh....you don't want FREEPERS to really know what that means...
To them a trial lawyer is well...John Edwards. The guy who causes your insurance rates to go up on everything. If it wasn't for John Edwards my insurance company would most likely cover all my needs for free.
