My new thought on the Bush* seven minute coma... |
|
What if he was being targeted with a plane?
Didn't he put all of the people at that school in danger by not evacuating the building? Wasn't the Secret Service ineffective by letting him* sit there open to attack?
These questions have been probably been asked before...
But I have always thought ... LIHOP

1. He knew the targets. No need to move. |

3. Bush may not have known, but the Secret Service certainly did. |
|
Under conditions where hijacked airliners were being used as WMD and the targets were NOT know, the SS would have had his ass out of there and headed to an undisclosed location faster than you could blink. No doubt about it.

2. He didn't know much--but he knew he was safe. |

Bush's appearance at the Emma E. Booker Elementary School in Sarasota, Florida, on September 11, 2001 had been in the planning stages since August , but was only publicly announced on the morning of September 7. Later that same day, 9/11 hijackers Mohamed Atta and Marwan Alshehhi traveled to Sarasota and enjoyed drinks and dinner at a Holiday Inn only two miles down the sandy beach from where Bush was scheduled to stay during his Sarasota visit.

4. Your "new thought" is one more than Bush has had in 4 years |
|
One theory has it that Bush didn't respond because they had practiced the drill so many times he just fell into a "groove" and didn't feel as if he needed to do anything, just like in practice. Things would go like clockwork.
So Andrew Card says "America is under attack" and that does not budge Bush from his seat.
Gee, I wonder what you'd need to tell the Commander in Chief to see him react?
"Saddam is selling oil to try to obtain weapons."
Now watch that boy leap from his seat, full of resolute action and steely resolve!
