Mr.Bush, in a push to make all Americans owners of everything, unviled a bold plan to make Americans the owners of that most American of our symbols, THE WHITE HOUSE! Each American will be required to take out a mortgage on the White House at $1 million dollars per person at a avery low interest rate of 8%, just double the current rate.Each one will be required to make a down payment of 10% on this mortgage.In return, each American will be given a chance to participate in a lottery that will give him, if he/she is a winner, to sleep in the Lincoln bedroom. One winner per year will get this privilege.

The tremedous sense of ownership Americans will feel for their WH will increase their patriotism and erase all our deficits for generations to come.No taxes will be necessary.All these revenues will allow President Bush to declare war on all the remaining countries in the United Nations and when that is done, on the Periodic Table as well.

Now, aren't you glad you have a resolute leader in these times of trial for our country, a man in the mold of Winston Churchill.
