What a surprise..This Afghan election will probably have as much validity as ours did in 2000.

2. The Problem Is
even if every country and the UN accepts the Karzai government as legitimate, what does it solve? The Northern Alliance had a UN seat and was considered the legitimate government, even though the Taliban controlled 95% of the country. More of the same.
