4. Guess no right winger with big bucks was willing to buy up

a bunch of copies to make it look like a hit, as they do with books by Coulter et al.

But I wonder why they can't get it shown in theaters? Maybe it was just made as a DVD or VHS, whatever thay're selling now. Maybe they couldn't afford to go the real movie route.
