The actual point system is laid out after that (eg 5 points per report provided from what you hear on Talk Radio Shows) but you can follow the link if you're that morbidly curious. Most likely everybody in the world but me already knew about this crap, and maybe we do it, too. But it just seems so, I dunno, tawdry? Fits somehow though, doesn't it? Just like Marlboro smokers.
