19. Really bad interface.
Typical use of gizmos with no thought towards how they'll work in practice.

Gee whiz! That sucks!

4. Is something wrong with their site?
It's loading strangely, or not at all. Was doing it last night, too. I couldn't even get back in to see Olberman's blog after about 10:00 p.m.

5. It's a weird "interactive" page
I'm not sure if you have dial up but I am sure that page would raise all sorts of havoc with a dial up connection.

13. Yeah
I think some people are confusing the national poll, which is shown on default, and the msnbc.com poll, which you have to click on a tab to see and vote.

God, what an irritating web page. I think they win the contest for most obnoxious use of HTML.

You have to admit, Bush & the Repubs have more effective minions and spin doctors. Democrats are too nice.

16. done ... keep hitting it because they are skewing/screwing our opinions
and it's still 51 for smirk and 49% for kerry; BUT, as we all know, last night's msnbc poll showed that kerry trounced the little brat.

22. I think I know what's going on
They're resetting -- "refreshing" -- the graphics every few minutes, and when they do that, it comes up without the total vote tally until the data can refresh, too.

If you wait a minute and click the refresh button on your browser, you'll see the accurate number (they have Kerry winning by a comfortable margin).

They're only going to put themselves out just so far for Shrub. To mess with something like reader polls makes no sense at all.
