Welcome to this mornings reality check:
Todays reality check:

Open agression against another country without provocation is a crime. Those who do so are sent to Nuremberg to stand trial...

Unless your the president of the united states.

Simply not "liking" another country or having another country not "like" you, is no a justifable defense for open agression.

Unles your are the president of the united states.

4. You don't need to qualify them as "war" criminals.
They are criminals in every other way as well.

6. Morally and ethically, yes.
It begs the question, however, whether those who are empowered to legislate (enact laws) in a manner that permits their own predatory and exploitative behavior are really 'law breakers' (criminals).

That we're subject to international laws, by treaty and Constitutional applicability of such treaties, seems less arguable.

2. Having thoughts about doing something bad
is the same as actually doing something bad, and warrants occupation of your country.

Unless you are the president of the United States.

Killing innocent women and children is bad.

Unless you are the president of the United States.

7. Well actually
I think of Bush as the Un-President. He's a usurper who stole the WH with a list of things to accomplish. You don't think a few rules were going to stop things up do you?

9. 'But we live in a new type of world'...
:eyes:

Bush's justification for all of the lawbending and breaking is 9/11. He's pimping it as if there's no tomorrow!

Other counties attacked have to abide by the rules. Japan and Spain seem to be. Why can't we?
