Let's assume Bush was wired.
First of all, did anyone else notice how at the second debate, when we saw his back, it still looked like he had something tucked away under his jacket?

Second, what kinds of devices would be able to pick up the signal, if someone were wired in such a way? I've read that the Republicans were worried about someone's camera frequency at the RNC.

1. That's funny.
I checked Bush's back and I didn't notice anything as obvious as in the first debate. Where was the bulge?

2. It wasn't as obvious
But I noticed a circular-shaped bulge under his jacket. It could have been a mistake on my part, but it looked odd to me.

Unfortunately I can't produce photographs to back this up - I'd need access to debate photos.

9. That may have been why
I didn't recognize it. I was looking for a squarish shape again.

3. Looked to me like * was wearing Kevlar
I could clearly see the outlines of what looked like bullet-proof panels under his jacket. It made me wonder - he has to wear body armour to a debate in Missouri, but your soldiers don't get it in Ramadi???

Fortunately, there was no armour that could protect him against the "DU" ammo Kerry was using :-)

6. Looked like body armor this time to me too.
He looked bulkier than normal. Moved a little funny too.

5. If he WAS wired,
he needs to fire the boys in the back feeding him the info. They didn't do their jobs very well in either debate.

7. I don't think he was wired..
I am sure that is in the rules and the two candidates are checked. I don't think anyone was wired at all. No way. Why would you think that. Did he say something intelligent that leads you to believe this. If so what was it.

8. Could it be some sort of back brace?
One to "help" him stand up straighter, especially since he didn't have anything to lean against this time?
Good lord and lady, the creature needs to get a real tailor instead of a store-bought Armani that seem to come from the sale racks of a Robenson's May...there's no reason for any of the bulges, no matter what caused it.

11. I can't imagine that
A receiver couldn't be made very small and fit in his pocket. It wouldn't need to be any larger than a cell phone I'm guessing. The box might have been there but it's probably not a radio device.

I noticed the raised jacket on his back before I even heard of this story. It is Bush and Rove, come on... LOL.
