Any other success stories out there? |

I'm happy to report that my republican friend and her husband will not be voting for * again. They're still not sure about voting for Kerry -- thinking about Libertarian -- but, hey, every little bit helps.
I wish I could claim I persuaded them with my devastating logic, but the truth may be even better. Her repub brother in law works in some hush hush intelligence job and for reasons which he will not divulge to her, stuff he can't talk about, he and his wife are voting for Kerry.

where I go was very open when I asked him if he was registered. (He wasn't). He was concerned about the draft but didn't know who to vote for. We talked for about a half hour. (He's now voting Kerry). :toast:

elderly woman who was angry with both Bush and Kerry and couldn't decide who to vote for. I told her that if she picked Bush, nothing would change and she would just get more of the same. If she picked Kerry, at least there was a chance of change for the better. She liked my argument and is now leaning towards voting for Kerry.
