Rumsfeld pays "surprise" visit to troops - SOME SURPRISE!

The news all day has been crowing about Rumsfeld making this surprise, unannounced visit to the Iraqi troops, like he brought Anna Kournikova to jump out of a cake for them. Why on earth would they give a shit about his visit? Did he bring them plastic Halloween candy? Only this administration would paint a visit by this prune as a happy surprise. Thank you.

You're right...the soldiers are probably as happy as the ones who had to have their fake Thanksgiving 2003 at 3:00 am in order to support the Emperor's photo op.
