Lou Dubose is a veteran journalist based in Austin, Texas. He has co-written a book on Bush with Molly Ivins (Bushwhacked), and has co-written a book on Karl Rove. We will talk with him about his newest book, on Tom DeLay, who is arguably the most powerful person in the US House of Representatives. The book is The Hammer: Tom DeLay, God, Money and the United States Congress. Dubose says DeLay is now damaged goods. He also takes us inside the workings of the House as managed by DeLay:

"Democrats in DeLay's house, and he has said this, are irrelevant. The decisions are made within the Republican Party Conference exclusively."
