Anyway, let's get started. We got some great audio sound bites. We got a lot of good news here today, folks, it's going to be a fun three hours. The Kerry campaign has finally gotten a chocolate chip. The Kerry campaign has announced that civil rights activist, the Reverend Jackson, has joined the campaign on Wednesday. That's today, the day before the debate, Jesse Jackson has joined the Kerry campaign. Well, no, Charles Barkley is the Milk Dud. Reverend Jackson is a chocolate chip. It's all timed to the debate, don't you understand, it's all timed to the debates in Florida. It's all about how we're going to suppress all these millions of black Floridians who are not going to be able to vote, that's what the hurricanes were all about. Anyway, this announcement was made as a poll showed support for Kerry slipping among black Americans, this is a critical Democrat constituency. The Pew Research Center for the People and the Press said Tuesday its latest poll showed 73% of blacks support Kerry compared to 12% supporting George W. Bush. In 2000, Algore won 90% of the black vote.

Notice how Pigboy conflates "all these millions of black voters" into Florida. By placing all black votes not counted into Florida, then the right-wingers can ridicule the claim. After all, everyone who doesn't know W "won" Florida is a Looserman who should "get over it."

Channeling Pigboy: It's the liberals who are the racists by bringing race into the Florida election because they have no proof of past discrimination and now they are playing the race card again.

I am reading a book called "The Nazi Conscience" by Claudia Koonz, and it's amazing how much this country is starting to resemble Nazi Germany. The was a method to their madness. First create the concept of other, demonize and dehumanize them, and then create the perception that they are a mortal threat to your country and way of life.

I think in this election they are actually the worst they've been in a long time on the issue of race, because they are trying to gin up their base: Chimp not going to NAACP, Cheney saying he didn't know about the AIDS crisis afflicting black women, Chimp bringing up Dred Scott..

Rove is wooing the fundie klan faction of the GOP base because he thinks they stayed home in 2000.
