The CIA 'old guard' goes to war with Bush |
|
Think Bush is feeling a little paranoid lately? Just how safe has he made us with all this in-fighting occurring within the bowels of the intelligence community? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2004/10/10/wbush10.xml&sSheet=/news/2004/10/10/ixnewstop.html

1. This continues to be the big story. |
|
There are going to be some accounts settled. No wonder there are bulges in the back of * suit.

2. Would that they fight a few more days and let us know |
|
exactly what has been going on with the Bushistas---scumbags.
"These have been an extraordinary four years for the CIA and the political pressure to come up with the right results has been enormous, particularly from Vice-President Cheney.
"I'm afraid that the agency is guilty of bending over backwards to please the administration. George Tenet was desperate to give them what they wanted and that was a complete disaster."
"With the simmering rows breaking out in public, the Wall Street Journal declared in an editorial that the administration was now fighting two insurgencies: one in Iraq and one at the CIA."
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, music to my ears! Fight on you insurgents and fight yourself right out of power!

5. Most often people get very sick. |
|
They do stupid things like charge across the stage during a national debate. Probably cannot tell you why he did it. Do not be surprised when he takes off a couple days for rest.
You will also hear people like Bremmer making embarrassing statements.

6. I'm surprised Poppy didn't guide him better |
|
in regards to the CIA -- Poppy being acting head of said institution at one time.
And the Valerie Plame outing? For God's sake it's been over 18 months now! And we still have these felons in the White House!
You prolly all know Poppy's quote about outing CIA operatives so I won't waste the time.
Bush is clearly using everyone, ANYONE for a whipping boy. It's never HIS fault. And he keeps sacrificing more and more, there's going to be an entire cattle yard hitting the proverbial fan!
And personally I can't wait. It'll be interesting how the media will twist and squirm to absolve themselves of any blame. But it's not going to work. Even with The New York Times last week publishing a 15 page piece on the dodgy evidence of those tubes -- Hey assholes! It's eighteen months and thousands of lives too late!
(and don't forget Yellowcake -- the PNAC still has all that stuff up on their site. Unbelievable)
