Destabilize the MidEast by striking it's leaders through Bush.
Terrorist interested in deposing the powers-that-be in the MidEast will attack oil royalty's friends. If you want to destabilize the power centers in the region, you must go after their political and business connections, Bush, not Kerry.

A 2nd Bush term WILL be much more dangerous, and it won't be anything that troops on the ground can do anything about.

It'll be a dirty bomb or something like that across our borders or through our forgotten ports, or under the radar.

1. Unfortunately.....
if terrorists want Bush reelected, they will probably cooperate with Karl Rove's plans for any October surprises!
