Let's all march to his house (the White House) and let him know how much his drug abuse has affected our lives. We'll carry signs, because we might not be able to say what we want to say loud enough for him to hear, personally. But, like all good interventions, we will get our message across, even if we have to print it on signs.

I've got some good ideas here. How about:

"It makes me sad when your cocaine addiction starts wars, George."

or how about:
